Usually within one to two working days, and always from a person rather than an automated sequence. If your enquiry needs us to check something — an accessibility question, an unusual date — we will tell you that rather than leave you waiting in silence.

Please do. Most people who travel with us ask questions months before they book anything, and some decide the journey is not for them. Both outcomes are fine. We would rather you arrive certain.

Yes — for families, masjid groups, study circles and workplaces. Private departures can be adapted in pace, dates and emphasis. Tell us the group size and what you want out of it and we will put together a proposal.

Our journeys are usually priced all-inclusive — hotels, flights and the attractions listed in the itinerary. If the departure city we offer is not yours, we can price the journey as a ground package alone and you book your own flights to meet the group. A deposit secures your place, with the balance paid in stages before departure. For the Andalusia journey, both the payment schedule and the cancellation policy are set out in full on that journey's page. Read them before you pay, and ask us about anything that is not clear.
